Volunteering Opportunities

Aspiring Attitudes needs volunteers to help out during group classes. Duties would include helping with stretching, leading a small group to practice different skills, helping small groups to learn that group’s choreography, keeping students focused on their tasks, assist in keeping the class moving, and any other duties that the director might deem necessary.

We also have several public performances throughout the year. Volunteers to help with getting students ready offstage, setup/takedown, and other various tasks are always greatly appreciated!

There is no experience required to volunteer. Our director will teach you anything you might need to know to assist with our students. All that is required is a loving heart, cheerful personality, and a willingness to interact with some of the happiest people on earth!!

Who can volunteer?

Our volunteers have included family members of dancers, high school and college students, and community professionals. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age and fill out a volunteer application form. We would like for volunteers to commit to either a semester or a full year. This helps provide some consistency and stability for our students and our director.

If you are needing to earn volunteer hours for high school, college, or any other program, we can document your hours and sign the needed paperwork once your volunteer duties have been fulfilled.
